Searching for the perfect summer dress

I have a wedding to go to at the end of the month in Michigan. and i'm on the look out for the perfect summer dress. Trying despertly to find something on etsy, like this one http://www.etsy.com/view_listing.php?listing_id=25550163 , or at my local resale stores. i'll keep you posted on my progress.
